Joe Stallings
IFMA OKC President

Joe was introduced to IFMA in 2003 while working at America Online as a facilities/security assistant.  After a short time away from the organization he rejoined in 2006 and has become more involved with the development of the chapter over the past few years.  Joe has held the position of Membership Director in 2012, Vice President from 2014-2015 and currently serves as the President helping other board members grow the chapter.

With over 16 years of facilities management, Joe is currently employed at Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores as Manager of Corporate Services where he oversees maintenance and distribution of all corporate office buildings.  Joe is an Oklahoma native and enjoys doing anything outdoors.

 Pete Pickett-Vice President
 IFMA OKC Education

Peter Pickett is husband to Deborah Pickett and the father of five children, three daughters and two sons with ten glorious grandchildren. An IFMA member for 23 years and a founding member of the Oklahoma City Chapter of IFMA, Pete is currently the Education Co-chair for the chapter. He is our chapter liaison to the Oklahoma State University IFMA Student Chapter. Past IFMA positions held by Pete included, OKC Chapter Vice-President, OKC Chapter President (two terms), Chairman of the IFMA Sports and Recreational Council. He holds the certification of CFM and originally gained his CFM during the initial announcement to facility managers. Pete has been in facilities for 30 years and has held facility positions both locally for Remington Park and the Oklahoma Public Schools and nationally as Regional Vice-President of Facilities for a large national commercial organization. He is currently employed by the City of Oklahoma City where he is the Administrative Manager for the General Services Department.

John Sloan
IFMA OKC Treasurer

John Sloan is employed by Shawver & Son, Inc. a full service electrical contractor located in Oklahoma City, OK. John has worked for Shawver & Son, Inc. for 27 years and enjoys motor control work. He is a Licensed Journeyman Wireman Electrician and taught Instrumentation Calibration for 10 years and currently holds an EPRI Level II certification. He is currently General Manager of Tegg Services where they perform Arc Flash Studies, Instrumentation Calibration, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasonic Testing, Power Quality Testing and customized electrical maintenance programs. His hobbies are fishing with his twin boys and taking care of his beautiful granddaughter.

 Fletcher Williams

IFMA OKC Secretary

An IFMA member for over seven years, Fletcher has been secretary since 2009. Fletcher was brought to an IFMA meeting by an associate member who said “I’ve got a group of people you need to get to know”! Mr. Williams found out just how right he was.

Fletcher became Facilities Manager for Warren Caterpillar in November 2004. Fletcher oversees capital improvements, facility management, property management, project management and building operations for eighteen Warren facilities throughout Oklahoma and Texas.

Fletcher is a native of Oklahoma and has been in facility management for over forty years. Prior to joining Warren CAT, he was operations manager for State Fair Park in Oklahoma City for twenty-five years. Before that, he served as manager for Williams Enterprises at Frontier City U.S.A.

Susan Poole
IFMA OKC Communications

Susan Poole is employed by Cisco-Eagle, a systems integrator and distributor of material handling products in Oklahoma City.  Susan has worked in sales since joining Cisco-Eagle in 2010.  Prior to that, she lived in Cincinnati, Ohio working as a Regional Product Manager and Level I tech for a national Plumbing/HVAC distributor. With 20+ years in the HVAC industry, her mechanical knowledge has been valuable in the heavily automated material handling industry. Susan has always been involved in marketing and training activities, committed to engaging and educating those in the industry she serves. Hobbies include running, photography and traveling with her husband to watch their favorite sports teams.

Autumn Everett IFMA OKC Social Media

Autumn Everett is employed by SERVPRO of Edmond, a Fire and Water Restoration company serving the State of Oklahoma. Autumn moved to Oklahoma City from Tulsa when SERVPRO of Edmond opened in 2014.  Hobbies include reading, scrapbooking and volunteering in the community.

IFMA OKC Sustainability

Gary Goldsboro is the Building Management Superintendent for the City of Oklahoma City.   Gary has served in that position since November of 2010.   Gary has been an IFMA member for 3 ½ years since coming to the City.    Gary serves as the Sustainability Liaison for the OKC Chapter to the National Chapter.     Sustainability issues are one of Gary’s many responsibilities at the City of Oklahoma City.    Some of the current sustainability projects that are underway at the City include single stream recycling at many of the various city locations,  lighting retro fits at over 50 locations,  energy management building automation at 28 locations,  water conservation fixture upgrades in restrooms and kitchen locations in majority of City sites,  1st water reclamation project underway at CMF truck wash,  reduction of carbon footprint through change over in various restrooms from paper towel to non-heated hand dryers, 100% environmentally safe graffiti removal with dry ice blasting and lava ash slurry blasting – no use of chemicals, energy savings upgrades and retro fits on various HVAC and boiler systems, addition of the new building analytics  predictive maintenance software for 19 of the 28 building automation locations.

Gary and his wife of 32 years, Rachelle, live in Yukon.   They have one daughter Kristin who is married and one son Gary  Jr. who is a Senior at Yukon High School and they have two grandchildren, Dawson and Piper Leigh.    Over the past eight years they have sponsored three foreign exchange students, two from Brazil and the current one from Denmark.    Gary’s hobbies include fishing, collecting old newspapers, target shooting and spending time with his family.
