Jeff McCathern
IFMA OKC President
Jeff McCathern has been an IFMA member for over 8 years. Jeff has been in facilities for over 19 years and a facilities manager for over 13 years. He is the Senior Facilities Manager for Continental Resources. He manages facilities in Oklahoma, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Jeff is an Oklahoma native and enjoys doing anything with his family and outdoors.

Dirk Ramsey
IFMA Vice President
Dirk joined IFMA in 2013 and has been in facilities for over 13 years and a Facilities Manager for over 6 years. Dirk is currently employed by The Oklahoma Proton Center where he manages the day to day operation of a highly technical proton facility as well as the Artesian Cancer Center campus in OKC. He earned IFMA’s FMP credential in 2015. Dirk previously worked in the plastics injection molding industry for 19 years where he was a Tool & Die Maker / Engineer. His hobbies are hunting fishing & outdoor cooking.

Fletcher Williams
IFMA OKC Secretary
Fletcher Williams has been an IFMA member for over fifteen years, as well as, being secretary since 2009. Fletcher was brought to an IFMA meeting by an associate member who said “I’ve got a group of people you need to get to know”! Mr. Williams found out just how right he was.
Fletcher became Facilities Maintenance and Operations Manager for Mercy Hospital in November 2021. Fletcher oversees capital improvements, facility management, property management, project management, and building operations for Mercy’s main facility at 4300 West Memorial in Oklahoma City.
Fletcher is a native of Oklahoma City and has been in facility management for over forty years. Prior to joining Mercy, he was a facility manager for Warren CAT for sixteen years, he was an operations manager for State Fair Park in Oklahoma City for twenty-four years. Before that, he served as manager for Williams Enterprises at Frontier City U.S.A.

John Sloan
IFMA OKC Treasurer
John Sloan is employed by Shawver & Son, Inc. a full-service electrical contractor located in Oklahoma City, OK. John has worked for Shawver & Son, Inc. for 34 years and has served as the IFMA Treasurer for 14 years. He also serves as the Treasurer for SAME.
John is a Licensed Journeyman Inside Wireman Electrician and taught Instrumentation Calibration for 10 years at WOEJATC. He is currently General Manager of Tegg Services where they perform Arc Flash Studies, (PLC) Programmable logic controller programming, Instrumentation Calibration, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasonic Testing, Power Quality Testing and customized electrical maintenance.
His hobbies are fishing with his twin boys and playing with his grandson.

Autumn Everett
IFMA OKC Programs Chair
Autumn Everett is on the Business Development team for SERVPRO of Edmond. Autumn attended the University of Oklahoma and has over 6 years of experience in the insurance and restoration industries. Autumn holds the IICRC certification for Water Damage Restoration Technician. Autumn is an active member with IFMA, BOMA, and sits on many other committees and boards.

Shane Hammons
IFMA OKC Membership Chair
Shane Hammons is a Client Consultant for Oklahoma Chiller, a commercial HVAC company serving the state of Oklahoma. He has been an active member of IFMA since 2020 and has had the honor to serve on the golf tournament committee over the past 2 years. Shane holds a degree in Business Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has established partnerships with facility managers across Oklahoma by pursuing his passion for long-term relationships while providing excellent customer service.

Leah Eckhoff
IFMA OKC Fundraising Chair
Leah Eckhoff is a multi line manufacturer’s sales representative for the J Fyffe Company covering all of Oklahoma with manufacturers in multiple vertical markets. Leah previously worked for Warren Commercial Interiors for over 5 years designing and selling commercial office. Before that Leah handled construction management at a small design firm. Within the IFMA organization Leah started on the golf tournament as part of the committee and two years ago transferred over to the chair position. In the last few years, Leah has also taken over the Education chair position working with our local universities and trade schools to promote IFMA and FM options.

Susan Justice
IFMA OKC Communications/Social Media Chair
Susan has been in business management for multiple companies for 25 years. She specializes in customer relations and quality control. She has janitorial experience in the Oklahoma area overseeing more than 100 employees.
Prior to entering the janitorial industry, Susan owned and operated her own accounting service for 10 years. She is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) OKC,Tulsa, and Arkansas also board member of IFMA Oklahoma City and Tulsa Chapters .Susan holds a degree in accounting from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.
Susan passion is volunteering in the community with the Infant Crisis Center, Life Church, and feeding the homeless with the Needs Foundation

Kari Chance
IFMA OKC Young Professionals/Education Chair
Kari Chance with Empire Roofing of Oklahoma started her career in the commercial roofing industry in 2018 after spending 8 years in the janitorial and security sectors of the Facility Management market. With a degree in international studies, Kari uses her understanding of different cultures and demographics to build relationships throughout the Oklahoma and Kansas regions that bring legitimacy and respect to the commercial roofing industry as it supports the facility management industry.
When asked what she enjoys most about her career, she is quick to say the views, often most excited about the days when she assists on inspections. With a passion for helping others and connecting people that can help each other, she looks forward to growing as a Young Professional in the industry and is grateful to work for a company that allows her to have a successful career while being the mom and partner her family needs.

Kelly Wilkins
IFMA OKC Past President
Kelly joined IFMA in 2015 to connect with other Facilities professionals and expand business networks, discover avenues of collaboration and empowerment, increase knowledge, and remain at the leading edge of the Facility Management industry. Kelly is Facilities Director for Mercy in Oklahoma, with previous experience in the tech industry with Seagate Technology, and healthcare at the National Health Service in the United Kingdom. Having previously served as Vice President for the Oklahoma City IFMA Chapter, Kelly’s goal is to serve as a steward for the facility management profession and inspire others to achieve and grow through a shared vision and passion to excel. Kelly is originally from Oklahoma City and attended OSU and OU studying Management and Accounting.
