IFMA OKC President
Kelly joined IFMA in 2015 when she returned to Seagate Technology as Facilities Operations Manager. Kelly now manages facilities in Oklahoma, Texas, Europe and the Middle East, navigating through the fast paced and ever changing global data storage industry. An enthusiastic member of IFMA, Kelly is currently pursuing her FMP and regularly attends IFMA’s World Workplace. She joined her local IFMA chapter in OKC to connect with other Facilities professionals and expand business networks, discover avenues of collaboration and empowerment, increase knowledge, and remain at the leading edge of the Facility Management industry. She previously served the OKC Chapter as IFMA OKC Chapter Vice President.
Kelly is originally from Oklahoma City and attended OSU and OU studying Management and Accounting. She recently returned to the United States after living in the United Kingdom for ten years where she worked for the National Health Service as a Business and Performance Manager.
IFMA OKC Vice President & Member Development Chair
Jeff McCathern has been an IFMA member for over 4 years. Jeff has been in facilities for over 15 years and a Facilities Manager for over 9 years. He is currently employed by Continental Resources and manages facilities in Oklahoma, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. Jeff is an Oklahoma native and enjoys doing anything with his family and outdoors.
IFMA OKC Secretary
Fletcher Williams has been an IFMA member for over seven years, as well as, being secretary since 2009. Fletcher was brought to an IFMA meeting by an associate member who said “I’ve got a group of people you need to get to know”! Mr. Williams found out just how right he was.
Fletcher became Facilities Manager for Warren Caterpillar in November 2004. Fletcher oversees capital improvements, facility management, property management, project management and building operations for eighteen Warren facilities throughout Oklahoma and Texas.
Fletcher is a native of Oklahoma and has been in facility management for over forty years. Prior to joining Warren CAT, he was operations manager for State Fair Park in Oklahoma City for twenty-five years. Before that, he served as manager for Williams Enterprises at Frontier City U.S.A.
IFMA OKC Treasurer
J ohn Sloan is employed by Shawver & Son, Inc. a full service electrical contractor located in Oklahoma City, OK. John has worked for Shawver & Son, Inc. for 30 years and enjoys motor control work.
He is a Licensed Journeyman Wireman Electrician and taught Instrumentation Calibration for 10 years and currently holds an EPRI Level II certification. He is currently General Manager of Tegg Services where they perform Arc Flash Studies, (PLC) Programmable Logic Controller Programming, Instrumentation Calibration, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasonic Testing, Power Quality Testing and customized electrical maintenance programs.
His hobbies are fishing with his twin boys and taking care of his family.
IFMA OKC Membership Chair
Desirae McKaughan has been an IFMA member for a year and is employed by MAC Systems. MAC Systems handles fire and security systems throughout the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas. She has been with MAC for two years.
She previously worked for Electro Enterprises as an inside sales representative. Desirae currently works as an inspections and monitoring sales representative for the company as well as manages existing fire alarm and intrusion alarm accounts.
IFMA OKC Education & Professional Development Chair
Pete is the husband to Deborah J. Pickett and the father of five children, three daughters and two sons with twelve glorious grandchildren. An IFMA member for 29 years and a founding member of the Oklahoma City Chapter of IFMA, Pete is currently the Education Co-chair for the chapter. He is our chapter liaison to the Oklahoma State University IFMA Student Chapter.
Past IFMA positions held included, OKC Chapter Vice-President, OKC Chapter President (two terms), Chairman of the national IFMA Sports and Recreational Council. He holds the certification of CFM and originally gained his CFM during the initial announcement to facility managers. Pete has been in facilities for 30 + years and has held Director of Facilities positions both locally and nationally; Locally for Edward J. DeBartolo’s Remington Park Race Track and then the Oklahoma City Public Schools and nationally as Regional Vice-President of Facilities for a large national commercial organization.
Pete retired from the City of Oklahoma City in 2013 where he was the Administrative Manager for the General Services Department and Assistant to The City of Oklahoma City ADA Coordinator. He currently is the instructor for Oklahoma City Community College Professional Development School. There he teaches the Americans with Disability Course on Public Rights of Way Guidelines for The City of Oklahoma City’s Contractor/Consultant certification.
IFMA OKC Programs Chair
Betty Zielke is employed by Love’s Travel Stops Corporate Offices located in Oklahoma City, OK. Betty has worked for Love’s for over 9 years and enjoys her current role as Project Coordinator in Corporate Services. Betty leads projects including corporate building remodels, space planning, and facility events. Originally from Chicago, she moved to Oklahoma City in 1983. She attended Oklahoma State University and then earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Betty has been a professional member of the OKC chapter of IFMA for more than 3 years. She has served as the Programs Chair for 2 years and enjoys being a member of the Golf Committee.
Betty loves traveling and spending time outdoors. She has been on the Love’s Corporate Rowing team for over 5 years. Betty looks forward to her professional development with IFMA and is appreciative of the opportunity to serve on the board.
IFMA OKC Fund-Raising & Golf Tournament Chair
Leah Bayhylle is a multi line manufacturer’s sales representative for the J Fyffe Company. Leah previously worked for Warren Commercial Interiors for over 5 years designing and selling commercial office. Before that Leah handled construction management at a small design firm. Within the IFMA organization Leah started on the golf tournament as part of the committee and two years ago transferred over to the chair position.
IFMA OKC Communications/Social Media Chair
Susan has been in business management for multiple companies for 25 years. She specializes in customer relations and quality control. She has janitorial experience in the Oklahoma area overseeing more than 100 employees.
Prior to entering the janitorial industry, Susan owned and operated her own accounting service for 10 years. She is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) OKC,Tulsa, and Arkansas also board member of IFMA Oklahoma City and Tulsa Chapters .Susan holds a degree in accounting from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.
Susan passion is volunteering in the community with the Infant Crisis Center, Life Church, and feeding the homeless with the Needs Foundation

J oe was introduced to IFMA in 2003 while working at America Online as a facilities/security assistant. After a short time away from the organization he rejoined in 2006 and has become more involved with the development of the chapter over the past few years. Joe has held the position of Membership Director in 2012, Vice President from 2014-2015, 2016-2018 President and now is helping other board members grow the chapter.
With over 16 years of facilities management, Joe is currently employed at Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores as Manager of Corporate Services where he oversees maintenance and distribution of all corporate office buildings. Joe is an Oklahoma native and enjoys doing anything outdoors.
